We advise that you avoid July through September because of the heat and crowds at Sand Dollar Beach or Partington Cove as well as big sur state park areas. The busy summer months are great if you’re looking for something easy with lots of people around, but it can be difficult when trying to capture small details like flower petals, etc 🙂 These months will also allow for the best natural light

A: There are a number of airports near Big Sur in California. Some of the best airports to fly into are Monterey Airport (MRY) in Monterey, Salinas Municipal Airport (SNS) in Salinas, and San Jose International Airport (SJC) in San Jose. As an elopement photographer, we know all about travel.
